Ruthy's in Perry is horrible. They have two short times to drop off dry cleaning. That is fine... What is not fine is that when I am 10 minutes before the morning shift was done, they already closed. I also noticed all the clocks in their place are set 20 minutes fast. Phone service was awful too. I called to let them know I was coming in and they still closed early. Terrible!!!!
