Provided by YP.comThe customer service for this place is horrible at best, especially from Brett. He is unwilling to help a customer that already purchased from the store. He will be friendly, if you are buying something, but after the sale is made, good luck. A few of the employees there are fabulous but as far a management is concerned, I would say steer clear from this place.
I am the owner and a customer made me aware of this negative review. Not knowing the facts I certainly can't defend our company. I was not contacted by this customer. I will try to satisfy our customers any way I can. In our employee restrooms is a sign that states "The customer pays your paycheck - they are the boss!" We truly try to operate our business that way. We are a "Top 100" Dealer in the United States. I have received at least many many notes, emails or letter regarding the over the top customer service Brett and his crew provide. Thank you for reading this.
