They allowed my ex-wife to take all the phone upgrades from our joint account (4 in all) the same day she opened her individual account. This left me with a 2 year old Iphone and no way to upgrade. Everyone understands what happened but no one will stand up and do what is right. (Note: on this sight 0 Stars is not an option or I would have used it.)
