Please take your business elsewhere. Brought car in for repairs. Repairs were performed incorrectly. Paid in full and was offered no refund after many, many attempts. Got the run around...

I was so happy to hear it was time get a new car! My husband is awlays so concerned about my safety and offered to buy me a brand new GS, cant really say no to that! my girlfriends and i went to go check out Lexus of Peoria partially because it was closer to this great restaurant we love! but i found the car i wanted and called my husband who then called the dealer and spoke to the salesman. I took the car overnight and my husband came in and signed the paperwork the next day, im not sure how they did it but i was in and out with a brand new car without even speaking to anyone!

Absolutely awesomde to have Lexus of Peoria around. My friend and I went to go get myself a brand new GS and we both agreed that we've never been treated so nicely, with customer service being not what it used to be, it's good to know that in these days, when you spend money, you get the service you deserve. The sales people were really nice and didn't hassle us at all, but Derek really helped us out picking a car and the test drive wasn't nerve racking at all. The whole experience was wonderful, much better than the last time I bought a car and had a really pushy, arrogant salesman. It was good I didn't see him again. so now I really think this place should get 5 stars

I stopped by Lexus of Peoria and was first impressed by the cleaniness of the building. I was then greeted by a nice younger gentleman that showed me the some vehicles, nothing really caught my eye at first. I decided to leave, thinking this dealer wasn't for me. I then stopped by a bmw store, their salesmen were unprofessional and just unprofessional, something I don't expect from a highline dealer. I managed to find the vehicle I wanted and immediately contacted the first salesman at Lexus of Peoria to see if he could find a GS and pricing I wanted. I was then again impressed when te car was delivered, they really took their time explaining everything to me. I had to tell them I had to leave otherwise I think they would have kept explaining everything. I have to give this place 5 stars because of the prompt service and professionalism of Lexus of Peoria

My husband recently purchased me the new RX and I was sooo happy to see it in my driveway with a nice ribbon on it! I have no idea how he got it there without me noticing, but it was truly a lovely surprise! But after a few days, the check engine light came on. My husband who can be a little temperamental, seemed to have a good relationship with the manager there. He didn't mind taking the car back and brought it home within a couple of hours. I had nothing to worry about since then. I highly recommend Lexus Peoria because if they can get along with my husband, then they must have excellent customer service!

I had a good time over at Lexus of Peoria The salesman were respectful and didnt attack us like a pact of hyenas. We were approach by nice man who turned out to be a Sales Manger. he was very accommodating and set us up with another kind salesman who was very knowledgeable about the RX we've been dying to get for over a year. We explained to him our financial situation and it was great of him to ONLY show us the models we can afford rather than trying to sell us something way beyond our means. There was a wait for finance, but not as long as I expected, so that was a plus too. We then had the car detailed and delivered the next morning, in time for me to enjoy it on my way to work! So excited, I love my new car and this one will be my regular dealer!

First off, I always get attitude because of my age especially at luxury dealerships. I know exactly how much money I make and how much I can afford, I don’t need people judging me from the get go and think I can’t afford a used Hyundai or Kia when I can probably afford more than their sales manager. That’s why I have to say I really appreciated the service at Lexus of Peoria because the moment I walked in I felt like I was being treated like a customer and not some janitor. I am glad to hae found this dealership and will be coming back from now on!

I loved Lexus of Peoria the salesmen were very kind and did not annoy me one bit. I always had a bad car buying experience, but then again, who hasn’t? but I’m glad I bought a car from here, because they made me feel comfortable about making such a big purchase and again, I was not annoyed by a single person, that’s why this is now my regular dealer and have recommended it to everyone I know!

Thanks to Paul I was able to buy a brand new ES even though they didnt havethe color and intererior i wanted, it didnt stop them from finding it for me! In less than 3 days i got the exact car i wanted. i guess you could call me a buyerzilla, but everyone was so sweet through out my car buying venture, I recommend this dealership to everybody!

my lease ended a couple of weeks ago and I always get so excited when its time to get a new car. I get to listen to some b.s. from a couple of salesman then get to listen to their life story then sit in finance for five hours and then find ten things wrong with the vehicle when I get home. BUT my friend told me to try out Lexus of Peoria and it was the easiest experience I hav ever had with a dealership. Jim was cooll he didn’t ask me personal questions and did exactly what I asked, Finance was pretty quick compared to other places. Ovearll,I recommend Lexus of Peoria Kudos!

Bought My car at Lexus of Peoria and continue to shop and have my cars serviced there. Service workers are very helpful, they fix my cars and if there is a problem they don't give me any trouble about getting back in the shop. The sales people are always willing to help if needed. I am very happy with my overall experience at Lexus of Peoria. Kudos!

My salesperson Dan was outstanding, very informative and a pleasure to deal with. He was always upfront and made me feel like he was really doing everything he could to get a deal I was comfortable with. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the service and courtesy shown by Dan.
