My wife has used B&D for several insurance-related claims on her Mazda and previously on her Honda. They are not necessarily the fastest (probably because of the high demand for their work) or cheapest, but the quality of their work has been impeccable.

B & D just finished repairing the damage from an accident that wrecked trunk, bumper and Left rear quarter panel. The car looks brand new and I'm extremely happy with the service I received. We got an hour long estimate to begin with...extremely thurough. Recommend highly...

I have used Benishek & Duffy on several occasions from minor to major repairs. We have 4 drivers in our family, so things happen. I have nothing but praise for the quality of work I have received. Yes they are on State Farm's preferred list, and I love it. Take it in, get the estimate, schedule the work, drop it off , pick it up and pay your deduct ......no questions asked. I have used other repair shops in the area......none of those hold a candle to Benishek & Duffy. The staff has always treated me with respect and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.

run fast....yet they are on State Farm's "select" service list and D's Paint & Body Shop on Pioneer parkway is NOT! (D's in the Heights IS, just not the Pioner Park location)

I was appalled at the level of...

I was appalled at the level of customer service I received when trying to get an estimate for repairs. First, the employee who answered the phone when I called was off-putting and rude. Not friendly and helpful, as one might expect. He made it sound like I was wasting his time talking to him over the phone, and told me that I needed to bring it in. Fine. I brought it in a few days later, and was treated even worse! The employee who helped me (Steve Roberts) greeted me with a Can I Help You? without a smile or eye contact or even looking at me directly. Instead, he sighed and acted inconvenienced when I told him I needed an estimate. He followed me out to the car, lecturing me on the damage and what it was going to take to fix the car, and when I asked for separate estimates for each of the items that needed to be fixed ( this is what the insurance company had required) he flipped out and told me I was wasting his time. I would like to point out that no other customers were there, and I had found him sitting at his desk doing nothing when I walked in. He grumbled and complained about writing the estimates the entire time I was there, was nasty to me when he asked for my information, and finally said "Here. " and thrust the paperwork at me when he was done. No thank you or goodbye or anything. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who could have made several thousand dollars off of me. After going over the estimate in the car, I figured out why he was so crabby. He KNEW there was no way I'd give him my business with those prices! I went to get three other estimates in town, and all of them came in much lower than the one I received from Duffy and Benishek. In fact, the one that I ended up going with was about half price- a thousand dollars less (from Maaco). Also, the employee from Duffy and Benishek had told me that I would need to replace the entire back panel (to fix a very small dent). I was told by every other place that it could very easily be hammered out, and that replacing the entire panel was ludicrous. I would advise going here if you would like to be treated rudely and love to waste your money.
