The company operates through its various departments, including engineering, sales, accounting, fabrication and layout. Its services include structural steel fabrication and detailing, plate fabrication, division metals, and columns, beams, trusses, bracing, platforms and walkways. A. Lucas & Sons also provides girders and crane runways, stairs, hand railings and ladders, material conveyor systems and structural weldments. The company s facility is built on more than 30,000-square-feet of space and its storage yard is equipped with two 10-ton overhead cranes. A. Lucas & Sons was founded in 1857 by Adam Lucas.
