Had a clog kitchen sink called a few plumber and had Tom Smith Plumbing come right out that same day.Had it snaked. Employee was Very Nice and Owner himself Tom Smith who I had the pleasure to meet was just as Nice. My husband and myself Would Highly Recommended them! The whole experience was great for a clog sink.lol Will be calling them again for sure always love helping American small Business owners especially as Nice as this one. Wish I could give you more than 5 Stars Tom Smith's Plumbing. You do great work and make the customer feel very comfortable.

Working with Tom and his team was wonderful. No problems at all. I will be recommending them in the future.

Even though the scheduler had stepped out when I initially called, they were back with me in under an hour, and had Byron there shortly after that. The cost was more than fair, and he gave me all kinds of advice and information that as a new homeowner will be incredibly useful. We also started discussing other things that will need fixed but because I don't have that kind of $$ right now, what I can do to baby them along. Will use this company from now on!

We had an outrageous bill. Another person came with a larger machine and then stood around watching the other employee work - they hardly did anything but flush toilets and talk to the other employee. We were charged hourly for this other person, that did nothing but look good in their leather jacket
