Randy was awesome - came to my home, diagnosed the problem immediately, kept me informed along the way exactly what he was doing, and gave me a very fair price for his outstanding service. I couldn't give him a higher recommendation - hire him!!!

We contacted this business to repair the assembly for my girl friends Ford. They did finally show up and installed the new window assembly. However when Randy installed the new parts, it appears he broke the holder for the mirror remote. It fell off the door the first time she went to drive it. As she doesn't drive the car much, this was a week later. We contacted them to come out and fix this. So far its been a week and a half with only phone and text messages between us and them . The issue is still not resolved, and I have finally went to Ford to purchase a new part. As it appears no one is going to show up with getting the usual "checks in the mail" response from them I am assuming I will just need to fix myself. They are ok (if you can get them out) on the initial repair, but don't expect any kind of warranty or follow up service.

I had my window replaced on my HHR and Phoenix Power Window Repair came out and fixed it within 30 mins. Saved me time and money. Randy and his crew are great and will use them again if I need them.

This is the worst business that I ever contacted and attempted to have provide me with service. I contacted this business / owner to repair my vehicle. I submitted my information on line and spoke to him on the phone. He agreed to repair the window and even scheduled a date to come to my home. After he failed to arrive on time, I made several attempts to contact him. He finally answered my call over an hour later. He at that time lied and said that he had already responded to my text messages for confirmation of the scheduled appointment. He then stated that another person was already sent to provide the service and that he would call that person and find out what his ETA would be to arrive at my home, informing me that he would call me back right away. That call never happened !
