Awful service experience

Issue 1: On the last service visit roughly 4 weeks ago, i'd brought my Subaru in for service @ Peoria Subaru mainly because they have a technician who works there that I trust with my car. Unfortunately, he was not working on this particular Saturday and my time is limited so it was left in the hands of another tech. After the service, they pulled my car forward and I'd immediately noticed a ding on the fender where it appears they'd pulled up on it in an effort to raise it onto their lift for service. The advisor was notified and he instantly blamed it on a possible rubbing from my tire. I'd made him aware there was no rubber marks, scuffing, etc and certainly knew it wasn't there before. He promised to have his manager call the following monday to attempt to resolve the issue which never happened. 1 week later they called for a follow up survey which I'd mentioned the ding and still no reply after the survey call. Issue 2: Driving to work, I'd heard a light crackle, not a rock, or any other debris, before my sunroof exploded! Sounds crazy, but Edmunds and several other websites can verify that sunroofs occasionally explode from either cabin pressure differences or due to a defect in the manufacturing of the glass. Against my better judgement, my car went back to Peoria Subaru to start the warranty process with Subaru and get my sunroof repaired under warranty. This was on a Wednesday and the advisor said Subaru would contact me within a day or two for the issue of coverage. After checking the status with Peoria, the advisor claimed he never heard from Subaru. Fed up, I'd called on the following Saturday and still no information, so we contacted Subaru directly. Subaru had advised us that Subaru had notified Peoria Subaru the day after my car was dropped off and due to the information from Peoria Subaru, they would not cover under warranty since Peoria claimed it was from rock damage that first hit my roof, then the sunroof. My sunroof to this day has zero rock damage and no idication that anything hit my sunroof! I'd challenged Subaru to send a rep to see for themselves since Peoria Subaru had provided false information and am currently awaiting a response.Issue 3: After going through my insurance for the repair Peoria Subaru ordered my sunroof and replaced it with what I'm hoping at this point is a genuine factory part. They said it was completed so upon arrival guess what there was more of? Body damage such as scratches on the upper A-Pillar passenger side, scratches on the driver side front fender, and the remaining pieces of broken glass rolling around in my headliner on every turn. I'd notified Subaru of America at that time of Peoria Subarus business practices and that's when Peoria Subaru called me back after that email in an effort to rectify the situation and make repairs on the damages that their dealership caused and finish the job of my sunroof and the remaining broken glass rattling around everywhere in my headliner.Issue 4: This is where we start to see a pattern in either my foolishness for trusting this sleezy place or in Moore groups lack of customer service, apathy, etc. I'd allowed them to once again, try to fix the scratches, the fender ding from a few weeks ago, and once and for all be done with this aggravation. Peoria Subaru/Moore provided a rental car and gave their excuses of why everything happed the way it did and my hope was they were sincere. WRONG! Picked up my car this afternoon and again they took no responsibility for the fender ding, there was still scratches, and my bumper was unfastened and pulled away from the front fender! Guess the car wasn't ready after all! The manager offered me service coupons for my troubles!!! LOL!!! Thanks but no thanks!!! This place doesn't get that compensation, or coupons isn't what everybody is looking for! Accountability, and fixing what you...
