Medshape has enabled me to lose close to 50lbs in 18 weeks so far!! I now have the energy to work out 4 times a week and my knee no longer aches when I go up the stairs. I have lost over 50 inches over my entire body. I feel more attractive and I am healthier and have learned discipline, self control and portion control with regards to the foods I eat.. The staff is great there, too!!!!
