My husband and I signed up with Pure Fitness and they've done nothing, but charge our account with extra fees over and over. When I call to speak with the manager, they place me on hold a long time and then hang up on me! What cutomer service is that! Every time I go work out, the personal trainers are on the machines and I can't use them. Why don't they have multiple machines and not just one of each?? My other gym was much better. My husband and I were supposed to be on the same account. but they placed us on separate on purpose to charge extra fees.

I opened my account 2 months ago. They have billed my account $45 twice since then! That doesn't include the monthly dues. I called to complain and they placed me on hold upto 15 minutes every time and then hung up on me. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Every time I work out, they talk bad about me and stare. I should've never left LA Fitness. They are much better! I called my bank to get my money back and now I have to dispute and wait while my account is overdrawn. Not to mention the additional fees from my bank. I don't recommend PURE FITNESS AT ALL!!
