We've moved! Please visit us at our new location on the northeast corner of Loop 101 and Thunderbird Road. Our new larger facility is located on the 2nd floor of the two-story building just west of McDonalds. Arizona Academy of Real Estate was built on the belief that every one of our students deserves the opportunity to enter the real estate or mortgage industry with the tools and knowledge that will make them successful. We are committed to providing a curriculum that is innovative and thorough. Our goal is for our students to pass the state exam on the first try. Established in 2005, AARE recruited a team of real estate professionals with decades of experience in Arizona real estate and lending. We sought highly experienced instructors with a wide array of unique skills and knowledge to offer a broad scope of education. Our curriculum is constantly fine tuned by various real estate professionals to ensure we provide our new students every skill they need and our renewal students with a variety of current issues topics. We strive to provide quality education at a reasonable price in a professional environment. Our new facility offers a friendly environment that caters to the comforts of our students. AARE is a member of the West Maricopa County Regional Association of REALTORS and The Peoria Chamber of Commerce.
