We found my great aunt with her finger tips and toes purple her tempiture was 93 thats hhypothurmic teritory. She had to have emegency srugery when she complaned about her stomach hurting really bad due to them handling her so rough and slightly pulling her feeding tube out. So her adimine cavity was filled with food and now she has fungus in here blood. Its all thanks to these people my great aunt was doing way better before she came here there the reason shes on her death bed the staff dont care. So if you value your family dont take them here or they might be next.

I am currently staying at select speciality hospital in Pensacola Florida room 120. Every nurse Ive had has been amazing and helpful. Today 7/12/2012, a

C.N.A. by the name of Veronica, has walked out of my room and shut the door in my face twice while i was talking to her.

The first time I was taking a nap around 4:30 p.m. she didn't knock, just waked right in and turned the light on. The one right in front of my eyes, I said "ugh, why the light" in a sleepy tone, She said she had to do my vitals.

I then said "OK" and rolled over a little bit and held up my arm, she turned away from me, went to leave.

"Where are you" that's as far as i got before the door was shut in my face.

About 20 minuets later my RN Kristin walked in, (who is amazing) I told her about what happened she apologized and I told her she had nothing to apologize for.

Just now at 5:45 p.m, C.N.A. Veronica, walked in again without knocking! As soon as I saw it was her I asked if I could ask her something. She said sure,

I then asked why she walked out on my earlier and before i could once again get the whole question out she informed me she could walk out of my room anytime she wanted.

She didn't have to explain anything to me and she wasn't going to give me the satisfaction of a fight and shut the door again.

I am in completely shock I am treated this way and Demand something be done to inform veronica how to treat people whom she is supposed to care for.

No nurse or C.N.A. should ever be allowed to treat people this way. I feel unwanted and as if she could care less about anyone in the hospital. If you ever get

this C.N.A during your stay her, I am truly sorry. She is NOT worthy of the title she has!
