This unprofessional guy was referred by the insurance company and was supposed to call and wait for someone to meet him at my Mother's vehicle. It's 2 am and he expected us to wait by the car when the initial call was at 12am apparently. We were less than 10 min away and he called very rude and disrespectful to my mom so I called and he was incredibly disrespectful. I am calling USAA and writing a BBB complaint first thing in the morning. He had the nerve to say he was going to charge us another fee!! BEWARE!!!
