My Husband and I worked with Matthew Rush Campbell Sonic. He was absolutely amazing made the whole process super simple and easy. I didn’t feel rush or like they where trying to get one over on me. I told them from the beginning that we couldn’t put the down payment down until I got my bonus and they where very understanding. They also have the best Hot Chocolate! I would recommend the dealership to anyone and will definitely use them again the next time we need a car.

I agree with the other reviewer. They don't listen to your concern, they suggest other things that can be done to your car so they can charge you of something which eventually not going to solve the problem. They are servicing two of my cars, one of them I had to go to an independent mechanic because they can't solve the problem, being in there twice and paid for the first one. My second car is about to go to different mechanic due to problem not solve after being in their shop for two days, and paid with what they recommended.

Bad service, just concerned with numbers. I bought a car there a year ago and its been nothing but troubles ever since. Your better off taking your business elsewhere, unless you want to support these crooked managers. Zero stars not even one.
