DO NOT use this place. Everyone below is correct. They never see you at the correct time. They overbook their orthodontist. You end up waiting an hour plus past your appointment time. Brackets continuously fell off, mostly the same day or a day or two after. Apparently they do not know what they are doing or are too busy to do the job right the first time. There staff are pushy, rude, unprofessional and REFUSE to take any blame for anything. Most horrible experience ever! Wish I would have went elsewhere. Do NOT go here!

I should have went with the reviews I read. I regret choosing this place. Everytime I bring my son for his appointment the wait is well over an hour before he is even seen. I strongly recommend anywhere but here!

Every time my brother and I come in for our appointment, we sit in the waiting room in the back to wait with 5 other people in the back to wait for 40 minutes sometimes AN HOUR before we are seen by the orthodontist. They do not know how to schedule appointments properly, and switch orthodontists so many times that the treatment plans change routes. The new orthodontist isn't the best either. Don't reccommend this place to anyone.

I do not recommend this orthodontist. I have two children with braces from this office and can never get an appointment when needed for repairs. They are always at another location (Niceville or Ft. Walton). Very disappointed!!!

I would highly discourage anyone from going here. They informed me that I could expect an 1-2 wait each time. They also didnt have the time to go over the treatment plan. I guess this is how they are paying for their new office.
