They have a great staff. They are always nice and can answer pretty much any question you have regarding your pet!

I took my two cats in for surgical procedures. One was the cat from you know where. When I was around he was a sweetheart. Where I was gone, who ever was around was his lunch--claws and jaws, spits and screams. The staff had me come back to handle him which made him and me more comfortable. Plus the fact I saw how they worked with him which I think he was intimidating to a few members of the staff since he is a large cat. But we got thru everything and the staff still treated him very kindly despite his not so kind disposition with them. Thanks.
