I am excited about my new weight loss venture! Jenny Craig and the staff at the Pensacola site have been so very helpful. Since the end of November 2012 I've lost fifteen pounds! I have followed the the meal plan, eating only Jenny Food in the beginning. Using what they have taught me, I've continued to lose weight eating on my own at least one meal per day. I have been taught life long lessons through the counseling sessions that will keep me in check for the rest of my life! Appointments are one on one, They give me a call on a weekly basis to make sure I'm on track. The food is delicious and the results are very rewarding! Last but not least, I'm never hungry on this program!
