If i could give this review negative stars i would. I will NEVER buy anything from these people ever again. They destoryed my table at the warwhouse and delievered my couches and never told me my table wasn't coming they also delievered the wrong rug. They then told me to bring the rug back myself im 5 foot its a area rug... They than delievered the correct rug HOWEVER it was the one from the show floor so it was filthy. They then asked if i could bring the rug back to pick up my new one. Mind you for all these deliveries i had to take off from work. I asked to speak to a manager for all my inconvenience. They did not call me back they did however call me to tell me that my "new" rug came in if i wanted to pick it up. I than again asked to speak to a manager. A day or two later i got a call back from the store they said they would give me store credit because i did need to purchase more furniture and they wanted to keep me as a customer they offered me 50 bucks off a 500 dollar purchase? Seriously i will be taking my business else where. DONT SHOP HERE

A bought a mattress for $1000 it was sold to me as new when i get it it was different that the one they have in the showroom, and the matress had brown spot from liquid that was spilled over which coodbe pee poo or soda or juce etc
I complain and they gave me a "new one" and guess what it was a a different one used reconditioned with brand new cover in the top but dirty on the side an battom but and picis falling off of cour i wet back an they were absolutly no happy so finally i hsve to keep a used matress for 1000 bug

Gal the manager and the other people that work there are so friendly and not pushy at all. Very nice furniture. My boyfriend just bought a living room set and he loves it! Great price also! The best prices here. Come on in and see for yourself you won't be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of working with Mario & Veronica and I must say I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from the moment I walked in the door. They were very honest and gave me a really nice deal on a Ashley living & dining room set. I was able to make payments over the phone with no issues as I didn't need my furniture for a few weeks due to renovations. When delivery came I was given a window and a follow up call. I requested a later evening appt due to my hubs and I work schedule and they even made a note for the drivers who actually accommodated an evening appt. When the drivers came they were sweetest two men. Very friendly, funny, kind and even rearranged my furniture a few times until I was satisfied with the placement. I don't know about others but for me amazing customer service goes a long way. Whenever I had questions I called and MARIO was super nice and answered all my questions. Best Buy Furniture amazing job. I'll see you guys soon for my basement furniture. Keep up the excellent job.

My experience with Best Buy Furniture has been a fulfilling one. I was drawn to this needle in a haystack by the original designs and GREAT prices. After searching for 2 years for a unique bedroom suite. I'm a stickler for quality. I recently purchased a beautiful bedroom suite mattress included, all high level quality for $2,100.00. I couldn't be happier. I'm thrilled to know my neighbors or family members won't have the same pieces from the regular commercial furniture stores.

I had to call twice to remedy two minor issues with the furniture. Both times were hassle-free and one included a replacement with no issues.
I have great deal of respect for businesses that stand by their product, they do!

This is my second major purchase and another great experience. Eden has been a great help and the quality of the furniture I bought is excellent I get the best compliments on the look and quality. I plan to buy a complete bedroom set from them soon. Easy and Friendly service and fast delivery.

I bought my furniture almost a year ago. When I went in everyone was very helpful and extremely nice. They gave me my space to look around, but was there when I had questions. The prices are fantastic, I had been looking around for awhile, and i also purchased a low priced 5 year warranty plan. Delivery was quick and easy, the men who came to my home were very nice and professional.Now almost a year later, my soft broke. I first called the store, they told me to call the warranty company. The warranty company told me to call the store since it was less than a year it would fall under the manufacturer warranty. I emailed the store with all the information. First they came back saying I had to go through the warranty, but when I wrote back that I already did, they said " We would go out of our way , it should be the warranty but we don’t want you to go through all the aggravation so we will cover it and pay for the tech charges." I thought that was very nice of them, and I'm extremely grateful that I don't have to deal with the warranty company. Especially since they told me it would be several weeks, and best buy furniture said 10 days. So I would definitely recommend this store, and if I ever need new furniture I will be going back to them!

I've found furniture nirvana. I'm starting off with a fabulous table. The payments are convenient and affordable. From there I'm ordering a desk. I'm in need of a total home refurnishing so I'm glad I found BB

I had a very good experience at this store , non of the pushy sales people , they actually worked on the price and i got a great deal. delivery was a little late but they put everything together. over all i am very happy.

MOST disgusting, rude. UNPROFESSIONAL sales experience I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life. Lissy & the low life manager are violent and disrespectful.
