Santa is a special lady. She does awesome hair and has amazing prices. Ive been seeing her for years and love her.

I will never go to Santas Spa again. I asked Santa, the hairstylist I got - I think she's the owner, to cut 3 inches off my hair. Instead, she does layers and ends up cutting like 6 inches off. I asked her for a nice red color on my hair and it just went horribly wrong from there. My hair is ORANGE and really SHORT! How hard is it to color my hair and cut 3 inches off???? I left crying. I was furious!! I cant believe this happened to me!! This person should NoT be working there. She has no experience whatsoever!!!!!!!
