Since this company likes to hide it's negative comments, maybe this will be of help to someone. I signed up with this moving company True Value Movers to move my belongings from Miami, Fl. to Sunnyvale, Ca. which they came to pick up on February 27, 2018 which I paid them half plus a deposit to schedule my delivery and as of today May 31st I still have not received my belongings which was scheduled to arrive at the beginning of March. I have since had to file a police report, a complaint with the BBB who closed the case as unresolved since the movers kept giving me broken promises of delivery and I have sent numerous emails to the moving company. This has been a very difficult situation resulting in me losing my job due to not having my documentation for work which is with belongings, so I was let go. I was supposed to receive an update after I spoke with Detective Frederick of the North Miami Beach Police Department who contacted Crystal at True Value Movers about my case and they still refused to follow up with me as he instructed them to do. I was able to finally get a hold of the driver who delivered my belongings after going through my phone who let me know that they are unable to locate my things, that is why they didn’t ship my belongings. He was able to locate my things since he was the person that stored them which at that time I was told by the manager that there will be no additional charges due to the inconvenience and they will let me know once it ships. Since then I have followed up with emails requesting a delivery date and also for the compensation that they promised for going past the promised delivery time and at my surprise I was sent a bill. I was told that there wouldn’t be any extra charges. After losing my job and dealing with the stress this is not something I can even afford at this time, due to not being able to work since they failed to deliver my belongings in the first place and losing a lot more money than the bill itself.

The moving team from True Value Movers arrived right on time. The process to get a quote was easier than the other companies I contacted and the quote was clear. They were very careful with my household goods and were very efficient. They unwrapped and placed the items we needed, put the bed together, the dining set, wardrobe etc and were so awesome. I really appreciated all of their help and would surely hire them again

I recently used the services of True Value Movers for long distance moving. From beginning to end, this was a very good experience. My move was quite a complicated one but it was made stress-free by these amazing movers. Their sales rep was extremely helpful and courteous in setting up the move date and afterwards. I had a quote within an hour or less of calling them- I can’t say that for the other movers I called in the past. The moving team was on time and fast. These movers were super pleasant and helpful. Yes I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

I just finished moving from FL to AL and as much as I despise moving, being able to work with a dependable company made it much easier. I found the staff to be polite and helpful, the policies to be beneficial to the consumer, and most importantly the guys that came to my house were hard working and knowledgeable. I contracted True Value Movers due to their online reputation and based on their level of professionalism. They were prompt and thorough. The prices were best. The moving staff was friendly and did an outstanding job from beginning to end. I strongly recommend them, and use them again in the future.

The guys that came out to help me move were wonderful! They were very friendly and worked as quickly, but also carefully as they could despite the fact that it was pouring down rain and I lived up four flights of stairs. They wrapped everything so it wouldn't get wet and they didn't complain even though they were clearly getting wet themselves. This company was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

True Value Movers exceeded all of my expectations. They are reasonably priced, show up ahead of schedule, and do such a great job packing everything safely into the truck. They made an effort to put my things in the correct rooms when we arrived and finished before the estimated time. Great experience, I'm planning on using them again!

True Value Movers came on time, wrapped and boxed all my belongings with proper care and loaded on the truck without a hitch. They were excellent, went above and beyond. Their customer service is the best I've ever dealt with among other moving companies. I thank the driver for continuously communicating with me while delivering my goods. They completed the move before the schedule. It was great to see all my belongings arrived in one piece and without any damage. I am really impressed with their wonderful service and competitive price. My family was thoroughly satisfied with their services. Not only are they well-priced in comparison to others but they also offer excellent customer care. If you’re looking for a good moving company this company is the way to go.

They were speedy and supportive and well mannered and amicable! They conveyed and unloaded the greater part of my things. They were proficient however willing to answer my inquiries and were extremely quiet with me. They got the job done fast and efficient. And the bonus is that they are great guys.

I was under a tight budget and I was also in hurry. I talked with several moving companies but no one was interested because of my terms. But fortunately True Value Movers was the company, which had the courage to step up. They took the challenge and accomplished the job without a single mistake and actually they did better than my expectations. I am not naive enough to rely on a moving company. But True Value Movers proved that they’re well worth of relying on. They were simply awesome during my last move. My family and I are no strangers to the stresses of relocation but these guys really made it easier. They don’t charge ridiculous amount which is always a great starting point. The crew of 4 men worked tirelessly in my house and packed everything carefully. I was very impressed by their efficiency level. We received the delivery right on the scheduled date. This was the easiest and most successful relocation of my life. I only have these amazing movers to thank for it.

This is the 2nd time I am using True Value Movers. I used them 6 months ago and I have used them just last week. They are still the best. I liked working with them and so did I this time. This time I had to move, so I gave them a call. I spoke with their manager who was very polite and wanted to give us an estimate upfront so we fixed an appointment the next day. He came down and explained all the details and gave us a good quote. They still maintain their standard. The crew was superfast but also very careful. They loaded everything in just 4 hours. They did a mind blowing job. No problems anywhere.

True Value Movers was a great help during my long distance move. We had great collaboration with these guys and they worked perfectly. Their sales rep was more than accommodating. He offered a good deal and personally came down to inspect. He is not just a sales rep, he is multitalented! He helped the team get the couch out from the window and played with my kids. It felt like he was a part of my family. So kind and efficient! Anyways, this move turned out to be great.

Moving with True Value Movers cost me a fair price for which I got a decent service that was well done in two moving days. They did a great work and were great help for me and my family. I recommend them for their friendly approach. I plan to stick with them for my future relocations.

As everyone knows moving can be a horrible, stressful dreaded experience. I found, by using True Value Movers, that moving can actually be quite stress free and easy. I recently had a family sickness and had to relocate close to the hospital. I was overwhelmed from costs to dates and everything in between. The man I originally spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The day of the big move everything went smooth and all the workers were extremely polite and courteous. All my belongings ended up safe and in perfect condition! I just don’t have proper words to thank these guys- they helped me out so much!
