Everytime we have gone there by the time I get home from picking it up at least one of our plates are wrong and someones meat is not done. Called to talk to manager and still have problems. Never going back pay a fortune for it and iys no goos

The top Golden Rule is located in Irondale, Al. Great service and great food. Golden Rule in Pell City has been a real disappointment and needs to take some really good advice on making desserts from the Irondale location. For example the chocolate pie is an ice box chocolate pie,,,very bland,,taste like it was sweetened with sweetener instead of sugar. The Irondale Golden Rule has the most wonderful chocolate cream pie in the world. I have actually got my money back for such a horrible pie that I bought in Pell City. So,,,,,this is to say that Pell City Golden Rule needs to take cooking lessons from Irondale and start making a wonderful pie that just melts in your mouth......

I've been familiar with the Golden Rule franchise for over thirty years. The founder should be ashamed to allow the name to be attached to this location. I've tried four different times at dining here, mostly out of convenience. Always poor service. Some of the food appeared to be straight out of a can. Then there was the beef brisket which made me very ill. Never again!

I love Golden Rule but this location has issues with operating their drive thru window. On 3 different occasions I have sat there waiting for 5 minutes or longer and no one has taken my order. The one time we went inside to eat was also dismal. The staff stood behind the counter ignored us. It was only when we got up to leave that a server "hurried" over to take our order. Like I already said I love Golden Rule but I don't eat at this location.
