I always order a grilled chicken BLT when I eat at Cracker Barrell. What the server did not tell me was that they did not carry that sandwich!! This sandwich with fries usually costs $7.00, but this is what I was charged: First, I was charged for a tenders plate that comes with two sides, which costs $8.99 plus tax. Then, they charged me $2.59 for a side of fries, $2.59 for 2 slices of bacon, and $2.59 for cheese!!! This comes to $16.76 + tax!!!! When I questioned the fact that I was charged for a meal that came with two sides and was charged for an additional side of fries, I could not get an answer. They refused to adjust my bill and never offered me the additional sides I was charged for!! First of all, they should have gotten my okay before charging me $17.00 for a sandwich and a couple of hard, burnt fries!! Also, the server argued with my friend whom ordered a salad when he asked for croutons. Instead of saying, I'm sorry, Let me get them. She said "it doesn't come with croutons." He replied, "yes it does." and she screamed at him "no, it does not!" He had to point it out on the menu to get her to bring him the croutons!! Also, she had to make 3 trips to our table to confirm his order, which she had written down!! I will NEVER eat there again!!!!!
