Family care was the worst place I think Iv ever been I went for a drug test sat in there an hour and a half to pee in a cup and the staff was so rude to the point where I just wanted to leave

I've been here a couple of times and saw Dr. Freeman and I liked him a lot. I went in for body aches and sore throat, and this time I saw Dr. Saltz and was not impressed. His bed side manner is horrible. He literally walked in and said, "you are nothing but a faker and all your test were negative." I got a steroid shot and prescription for cough medicine, and I haven't even had a cough. The staff is great and so is Dr. Freeman. If Dr. Saltz is who I have to see, I won't be back.

Have never had a problem with staff or doctors. Everyone has been nice and professional. Dr. Saltz is one of many Drs. I have seen and he was not rude at all. They are busy. I have never had a 30 minutes from arrival to seeing the Dr.. If you go to your own Dr. you wait a lot longer. With my insurance I can go to any Dr. I want to. I choose to go to AFC in Pell City Al if they were rude and unprofessional, as I read, I would not go back.

Just got out of there for strep throat..everyone was nice to me even though I walked in 5 min before they opened. Was treated quickly and my prescription was waiting on me at their pharmacy.

The worst service ever!!! Lady at the front desk was such a b***h!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! Called ahead and they said 30 min. Max was there for ALMOST TWO hours only to be treated badly!!! I will never be back!!!!

Dr saltz very rude. Not happy. Spent over 2 hours waiting there to be talked to badly. Don't think we will be going back
