Provided by YP.comJoy is the Worse Manager Ever!!! She can at least pretend to have a little customer service skills but she can't do that!! I have being staying at this Hotel for a month now and the day before my week ends she sells my room so I can't extend and the hotel is now booked. This inexperienced manager didn't call me to see if I wanted to extend or anything. WoodSpring Suites if you really care about your guests like you say you do, please please please get a new manager!!! Joy simply SUCKS as a Manager!!!
