Awful. Do not use this service. They take weeks to get something done that should normally take hours. They tell you they will come buy but don't show up. They will not return phone calls.

K&S Plumbing was hired by my home warranty to replace a 50 gallon electric hot water heater in my home. The company had a lack of communication from the start. When the technician came out to install the hot water heater, he brought with him a gas water heater. My husband said, ummm, we have electric. The technician was unhappy with having to go back to the warehouse to get the correct water heater. We've continuously noticed a difference in our hot water since this time, with it not being as hot or not lasting as long but chalked it up to just a new system or temperature settings. We realized that the technician did not install a 50 gallon as they were paid to do by home warranty, but instead installed a 40 gallon. After numerous phone calls and no response from K&S Plumbing and having to go back through my home warranty company, they did finally come out and install the correct hot water heater in my home. I then tried to communicate with this company about disputed charges and yet, they still do not have common courtesy to return a phone call. After finally emailing back and forth with someone from K&S Plumbing, I find out that the disputed charge was in fact something additional that the company provided to us at our request. I, however, couldn't believe the rudeness and lack of concern during my inquiries regarding the product and it's pricing... saying that they do not offer parts pricing to the customer. Then when I indicate my dissatisfaction and that I will be talking to the home warranty company to file a complaint, I get a similar rude response. Unbelievable. Will never use this company again. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional. And find it hard to believe that their technician wouldn't have known he was installing the correct size water heater to begin with.

K & S Plumbing was employed to repair two issues in my home by a warranty company. Not only was I required to move my cabinets, sinks, and plumbing away from the walls but was left with two holes in my walls and faced $300 in added costs for the company to make one of the repairs. I received no information on the second repair. With no operable sinks in my home, I had to hire a contractor and plumber to finish the job. I would NOT recommend K & S Plumbing to anyone looking for quality service.

Very unprofessional! Will not recommend! My warranty company sent this company to service my hot water heater. I paid for them to dispose the old hot water heater but they did not. Instead they left it outside in my driveway. I had to call them and ask them to come back. The individual who answers their main phone line has NO phone etiquette. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not use this company again. Once my insurance company send me a survey, I will express how unsatisfied I am with K &S. I take pride in supporting small businesses, but this company will not receive another dollar from my pockets.
