I had a major hvac company diagnose a failed a/c, a 20 yr repeat customer, they said the compressor had died and it was a $11,000 hvac replacement due to its age. Called three other majors to get competitive quotes and each was kind enough to quote me a new system. None took the time to examine my problem, but Chris. Chris wanted to double check.

Chris said the failed compressor diagnosis was odd since the fuses didn't trip. Three hours later I was back up and running with only a compressor fan motor replaced.

Chris has earned my first call for any future problems. Think about it, Chris was the only person who did an inspect and verify before quoting. $396.93 included parts, diagnosis and repair vs a $11,000 new replacement hvac system.
