Never again! I have the most basic of basic guy's haircuts, with a moderate cowlick, and never before in this or any other establishment have I gotten to the point where I tell the stylist that never mind their efforts, they just need to abort and cut it all off.

If you are not familiar with how to cut a specific type of hair, say so and pass the business on to someone who can. I have an important meeting tomorrow and this had to be one of the worst times for the stylist to mess up.

I guess I have to take some of the blame for going to a revolving door chop shop. Next time it will be ye olde barber shop or higher end stylist, but never this place again!

What the heck do they have working behind the desk? Bozo the clown!!! I will never go back into that salon ever again. The clown and the women or has black and white hair engage in talking to one another and could care less about their customers. Why they would have that young man/women with green and white fro working in a beauty salon is beyond me!! He does nothing but play on his phone and talk to the young lady cutting hair. What a disappointment
