Horribly over priced merchandise. The only thing I enjoyed about Bass Pro Shop was the waterfall scenery and the fish tank. For fishing tackle and toys I would go to Wal Mart. Same quality supplies but much much lower prices.

I don't usually write reviews but I am so disappointed that I wanted to this time. There were 11 of us eating at Uncle Bucks tonight because my daughter gave several of us a gift card for Christmas. I had not been (neither had she) and we really wanted to try it. I must say that the only thing I really liked about it was the decor. I love the fish house look. The waitress was friendly but slow. But, the main thing is that the food was not as good as I could have cooked at home. I chose a sampler platter with wings, slider burgers and onion rings. If I did not know better I would swear the rings came straight from Sonic. The wings had absolutely no flavor and must have been under a heat lamp for hours. The sliders were ok but on the dry side. My grandson got chicken tenders and they were almost burnt on the outside. He did not touch his fries. What 5 year old boy will not eat french fries? He normally does.



Last but certainly not least the bill for 3 of us was $48.00. That was ridiculous. I wont go back. I wish they could improve this place and make food that does not taste like it came out of a box.

I paid $70 for a meal for 2. you can get better fish at captain D's. I ordered grilled grouper. it looked like they overcooked it on a george forman grill and it stuck. it came out in little chewy pieces. it's the only bad piece of grouper I've ever had. if wafflehouse had fish, I would expect the same quality from them for $6.95 a plate. the wife ordered a steak and potato. they were out of potatoes. she said the steak was ok, just not for what they charge. they were also out of several things that we asked for. I told the manager that the food was terrible. he offered to try to make it up to us. the only thing he could do is give me another bad meal. I declined. I had high hopes for this place when it opened. too bad they didn't put in the time and effort to get the right people in and actually have good food. on the bright side, the service was nice. if you want a good piece of fish, buy it from kroger and cook it yourself or drive to north jackson to the bonefish. don't waste your time in this place.

I love all they offer. It isn't just for hunting or fishing. There is so much more. We have looked and looked for a good weather station, and they have some awesome ones! Plus. we can get NASCAR stuff there too!
