Yesterday I went to the New Balance store at North Point and they were very helpful in allowing me to try on several different pair and measuring my feet. They sat down with me and explained why I was having heel pain and recommended a shoe for my foot. I have worn the shoes all day today and I truly believe this is the first day in several years, that my foot has not bothered me. They said that my biggest problem was that my shoes were too small. I had always thought that I was a size 11. They ended up putting me in a size 12 and it has made all the difference. I want to really thank New Balance for taking the time with me. They did an awesome job and I will recommend their store to my friends and family.
