Changes mind on price after the down payments made

Stood by my car door and said i couldn't leave



I went to BP upholstery to have my dinning room chair repaired. They agreed on a price of $75.00 per chair after paying the down payment i went to buy the material and when i got back, the owner said the price would be $125.00, i told him no thanks i will go somewhere else and got my money back, i put everything in my car and as i was trying to close the door he stood by the door and said he couldn't let me leave and i told him i would call the police. The man stood there for few minutes, luckily his son came by and moved him.

Be careful the owner is crazy.
