Please stay away from this formalwear business. When you are planning your wedding it should be a joyous occasion. I called this establishment on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 and spoke with Sarah Ashley around 11:30 AM...in our phone conversation I gave her a list of designers and styles that I needed prices for my Bridal gown for my upcoming April wedding. She explained that she would be calling me later the same afternoon or first thing in the morning with the prices for each designer. I called the establishment the next day around 11:30, and the so called "owner" Jeanne answered the telephone...not only was she confused...they dont even order from designers not listed on their website which Sarah Ashley did not inform me...Sarah Ashley said it would be no problem. I can excuse the store associate for not knowing her job but the OWNER NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE CONFUSION INSTEAD SHE GOT LOUD AND RUDE WITH ME. EXPLAINED SHE DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHEREDTHEY ARE NOT A GOOD MATCH FOR ME. I GUESS MY DESIGNERS WERE ON THE LOW END (Casablanca, Jasmine, Impressions. Maggie). I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE! I was disappointed because I was looking forward to setting an appointment for a few of their in stock Casablanca gowns and knowing the price range of all the gowns I liked. I called back to see if Jeanne was the owner and she indeed answered the phone again in a VERY RUDE WAY. She doesnt know me and too bad she lost a $2000 wedding gown purchase. I feel this needs to be shared with the public and word of mouth is important. I truly feel she treated me like I was poor and cheap because she didnt carry my designers...nonetheless I will not spend my money at her establishment and I recommend no one else to!!!!

As soon as I walked thru the doors at J. Andrew's they were very welcoming. I explained to my consultant what I wanted and she completely understood while also keeping it well under my budget. My consultant, Sarah was very enthusiastic and was as into the appointment as I was. I chose my dress at my first visit and wouldn't trade it for anything!!!
