Great quality boots. the gentleman in the store who i believe is the manager really needs to take a class on customer service.He doesn't even greet the customers with a simple hello or a smile! The store is considered high end. The customer service should be high end as well. I will not make another purchase at this store because of reasons noted. The young ladies in the store are a pleasure.
