I go here often for saxophone related equipment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable musicians. They let me use the practice rooms if I want. The repair service has done a very good job on my saxophone and flute. Thankfully there are still stores like this in the area and you don't have to go into Boston. Shout out to John and the store!

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you are a musician stay away! This business is only interested in school rental orders. I stopped by to pick up a few accessories. There was one employee, an older man, who was busy with a parent-child leased instrument sign up. I patiently waited for at least 45 min to purchase my items. I had two small children with me and we were the only customers in the store. When he finally paused to ring me up, he was extremely rude to my 5yr old. We put the items on the counter and left. This business has no interest in serving musicians. Their bread and butter is school rentals. A few years ago, when it was owned by Scotti it was a completely different story.
