I recently moved to the area an heard great things about this office. I boarded my dog for 24 hrs had a pleasant experience. I then returned to have a canine tested for intestinal parasites. He did test positive. I asked could medicine be called in to my pharmacy and they refused saying I had to buy the medicine from them. Now this parasite requires more than one treatment. Instead of giving me all the medicine needed I was given one run of meds. But the quantity for which I was charged was all 3 runs. When I called the vet for the rest of the medication I was told I had to pay another office visit and fecal exam. And when I explained that this parasite required more than one treatment and it was ridiculous to charge me another visit and exam the receptionist hung up on me will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE AGAIN
