Provided by YP.comI have never dealt with such rude, hostile people in a customer service environment. When asking a simple question, you can't get an answer without a snippy attitude and a "just because, that's why" instead of any legitimate documentation to backup their practices. I wish there were another postal entity and the customers could choose. Then maybe they would think twice about their attitudes to their customers, who pay for their services, which ultimately pays their salary. Deplorable people.
