Mr. Byrne is efficient and fair. The office staff are helpful and respectful. I never had to wait. When an appointment was scheduled, I could always count on him being ready. He is unlike most attorneys because he does not nickel and dime you by charging you for every minute he spent on a phone call or email response. I highly recommend him.

We have used Julien Byrne for at least six separate real estate transactions there on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He has also assisted me with my will. He and his staff were very professional and timely. I certainly would use them again and would highly recommend their services.

Very Disappointed in Quality of Service!This attorney has provided services to many family members (grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, etc), so I thought I would receive excellent service. Closing on a piece of undeveloped land for which I was paying cash took almost four months. I never have spoken to or met Mr. Julien K. Byrne III--only his secretary and paralegal. There was always a vague reason as to why things were taking so long--usually they blamed the landowner. I requested a good faith estimate of closing costs for three months prior to actually receiving one, and then at closing the cost was 11.5% higher than the good faith esitmate. When I asked why the costs had changed in the weeks before closing, the paralegal tried to convince me that the estimate was ballpark and never actually written down. But, guess what I had an email copy of it. Then the paralegal said that it was harder than thought to research the title---hmmm but it was clear!! Lies and poor service!
