If I could give a negative star count I would. Wasted my time. Piano not tuned satisfactorily. Once he showed up he talked and talked and talked. Nonstop. A 45 minute tuning session stretched out 2-3 hours. Finally had to remove myself from that part of the house in order for him to realize this was NOT a social visit: he was hired to tune a piano. Still talked, only louder since I was not in the same room. Gossipy and opinionated. Never again. This guy worked really hard to earn this negative review. My advice: don’t waste your time and money.

This guy is a master of wasting customers time, late for appointments or no show. So preoccupied with personal issues that he gave little concern to when he would finish the job or return with our components. (Kept them for 2 weeks) then when he did return said "well it can be fixed but you should probably call someone else to do it. ! ! !
