The food is very good, consistent, and generally prepared as ordered. In fact, we started making this a Friday or Saturday night tradition. BUT, the last time we were there, the service was very shoddy. Initial service was good, if not overwhelming...someone checking every 2-3 minutes. But then, it all fell apart. We were finished, waiting for our check, when the manager decided to hold a meeting of all the servers. It dragged on. No one in the restaurant was being served. Then when it broke up, the "kids" began to play! The guys were literally chasing the girls all over, inside and out. They were laughing and grabbing at each other! Totally unacceptable behaviour in a family restaurant! AND, of course, the patrons were still being ignored. We FINALLY cornered a waiter and got our bill paid. We will sit it out for a couple of months and look for a new favorite place, but I suggest management take a hard look at how they run their establishment!

THEIR CRAWFISH ARE GREAT. IT IS A FUN PLACE TO EAT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. IN THE SUMMER THEY OPEN IT ALL UP AND THERE IS A LARGE SANDBOX FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY IN. THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. WE NEVER HAVE TO ASK FOR A REFILL ON DRINKS. THEY ARE THERE BEFORE THE DRINK IS EMPTY (BE IT TEA, SODAS, OR BEER). THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. THE QUANTITY AS WELL AS THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT.

Food is average. For the price, hamburgers are better @ Fuddruckers. Nachos disappointing. Catfish was excellent.
