I started going here since 2009 with Dr. Montoya. He is an awesome Doctor so is his nurse Susie but time to time the customer service at the front desk got horrible, the girls are rude on the phone & when you are there. I didn't go here because I'm low income, I went there because of the Dr. I stop going because they wrote my birthday wrong, it might not be a big deal but this is how accidents happen. Today Sept 13th, 2016. I went because Im trying to pay my bill due to an error on the way they did the claim but the girl at front desk was rude and assumed I didn't speak Spanish, "ya vienes, porque esta vieja no se quiere sentar" for a Hispanic person that speaks both languages, this is really rude. People gets pay to do a job & to offer the best customer service they can even if they are having a bad day. If you aren't fit for the job simple don't work there.
I'm not going back & if your insurance covers for your services don't go here either. There is better services somewhere else.

The place is very crowded and there's a lot of children running around. Not a typical OB/GYN office I'm use to. Other than that the staff is friendly. Dr. Sarrio and Dr. Bruce are very good doctors and they always make me laugh. They really remember their patients and take the time to know you even though it's obvious that they are extremely busy. The wait time on some days is pretty long but most of the time they try to get me in and out of there. The parking is horrible and alot of people like to double park in front of the building so we usually have to park in the next lot. There's not alot of reading material there like magazines. And the ones they do have, have alot of scribbling on it from the little ones running around. Seating can sometimes be limited on their much busier days but I've been lucky and never had to keep standing. I really don't know how the scheduling works for their office, but I do believe they should look at changing it so that it doesn't seem so chaotic and like an assembly line. Other than that, I love the staff and my doctor. They keep me coming back.
