A good way to see appliances and fixtures, but the service was a little off and there were a lot of key items missing on the showroom floor

No stars would be a better rating. Dishonesty and rudeness seem to be the watchwords of the manager, Jose, at Snyder-Diamond. I purchased an expensive bath fixture which, unfortunately did not fit in my space. Not only did he refuse to take it back but he couldn't even bother to offer common courtesy in the process. He was abrupt, cold and rude throughout. I pointed out that, yes, I had measured incorrectly but the receipt did NOT say that it could not be returned nor did the salesman mention it at the time of purchase. I asked if he didn't think it should be spelled out on the receipt he said "No". I said this must certainly cause confusion. He said, "That's your problem". Of course I'm not happy to be stuck with an expensive thing I can't use but to be treated shabbily in the process is disgusting.
