We hired this company to create a prenuptial agreement and ended up regretting it very much. Our initial phone conversation went well and we were explained a lot of details about what the agreement would look like, and what we wanted to have in it. We were presented with the first draft and we had a lot of questions. A few things weren't the way we wanted them, and the owner of this company was very shocked and bothered that we had questions.

He was very rude and we learned quickly that he didnt care about us and what we wanted to have protected in the agreement. He thought we were just being difficult on purpose. After pulling teeth to get 15 minutes of his time on the phone he sent us a second draft, which we brought into their office to have a notary that worked there do the signing. The notary didn't know what to do with the form he created either, and we brought the owner in the room to explain. He didn't even introduce himself to us, he just sat down and complained that we were being difficult and he has never had a customer like us. We told him we didnt want to sign anything unless we understood it. We hired him to create an agreement that we both understand. That's the service that was suppose to be provided, and he didn't seem to comprehend that.

We asked to just cancel the whole transaction which he agreed to do. He gave us a written and signed memo that he would refund our credit cards and then left the room. We wanted to know why he couldn't credit the cards right in front of us with an actual receipt so we walked down the hall and asked his wife, co-owner, if she could do it. She wanted nothing to do with us and threatened to call the police if we didnt leave. The next day the owner emailed us and said he no longer wanted to credit us back the fee, because he already did most of the work. They agreed to credit us, and then decided not to. How can anyone trust a lawyer like that? We had to file a claim with our credit card company to get them to credit us.

Overall, the owners of this company are very rude, disrespectful and will treat you like a number. They were hired to create a contract for us that they never saw through to the end. They promised a refund and then admitted that he never intended to, he just wanted us to leave so he can steal our money. I wouldn't trust them with anything. They have no passion for what they do, its just work, and if you have questions they wont help you because they think legal jargon is obviously and everyone should already know what things mean.
