Provided by YP.comThe doctor ended scratching my husbands glasses. the staff is misinformed regarding insurance. They charged us for a prescription despite our insurance covering it. the staff fought with us and said they would not give a prescription. We are never going back here. Terrible place...they claimed to be settling down....looked more like the place was going to fall apart.
