I absolutely love this Opticians office. I've been a customer for years. The great prices, family atmosphere, high quality service and impeccable products are all undeniable. I will never go anywhere as long as they are around. I have always had positive experiences but recently the younger son took over with his wife. The cute couple dynamic makes everyone feel at ease. Both of them make us feel at home while being knowledgeable and beyond accommodating. They stayed well after close just to adjust my glasses. Chris goes above and beyond every time for me. His knowledge is very apparent and he takes a lot of pride in the product he works on/sells to me. The only place I've been that doesn't push you to buy the most expensive product, they just want what is the best product for you. I was also pleasantly surprised by a medical type office that I made a particular appointment time and I was seen exactly at my scheduled slot. Flawless. Please try this hidden little place in Parkville. Right near Giovanna's, which is delicious too. Worth any wait time. Recommend to anyone and everyone.
