They provide efficient and correct diagnostics. They inform you of repair and allow you to make the decision on the cost and options.
Always friendly and willing to work within your budgetary constraints if possible. They do not perform "the extras" other garages assume you need completed without your knowledge and approval. No sruprise costs when you go to pickup your vehicle.
