I took my 2004 Honda CRV in 3x for them to repair an issue with the Check Engine light. I had AutoZone do a diagnostic check each time, and the same code was given each and every time, which pertained to the emissions system. First time, Professional Radiator thought a gas cap needed replaced, so they did that. Two days later, light came back on, had the diagnostic scan run, same thing. Second time, a caliper replacement. Two days later, light came back on. Third time, I was rather furious and upset that I was throwing money at a problem they couldn't fix, they said it had to do with the fuel tank... but, it would cost me another $300-$400. I've already thrown $600 at this issue and I don't have money to keep giving these guys to screw it up.

Randy, if my $600 really means that much to you more than keeping the business of me and my family, then by all means, you keep that $600 instead of refunding the money in good faith knowing the guys YOU HIRED couldn't fix an issue.

In 2013 they put the wrong size tires on my vehicle. I trusted them so I had no idea. They did this. A couple months later I began having problems with the stability system on my vehicle. It wasn't until I went to Walmart to get air in the tires that the tech told me they were the wrong size. I had to have the front differential replaced to the tune of $1200. The mechanic who did the work gave me a bill stating that the damage was due to wrong size tires. Professional refused to do anything about it and stated my vehicle was 10 years old. That was true, but it never had a mechanical issue and they know that. The car is not right to this day. I would never recommend them to anyone. Research the damage that can be done by having the wrong tires. They know they did wrong. Shame on them! They also said they only replaced the tires that were on it. First of all they were the ones who put the previous tires on, and they are trying to tell me a tire place doesn't check inside the door for right size tires? Really?
