I made an appointment for a windshield replacement on 4/9/18 for 4/11/18 with a window of 1-5pm. Well, at 4:20pm I called because I had not heard from them yet about their arrival time. They had a note on my account they were unable to source the glass. Apparently they didn't feel the need to call me in advance, just figured I'd find out by them not showing up. I took off work to stay home for this appointment. Then the lady tells me the lady who gave me my quote was new and mis-quoted me. My original price was $270-something out-the-door. Now they want $486 to complete the windshield replacement a day late, or $305 for just the glass in 14 days. Definitely taking my business elsewhere after they left me hanging and then tried to nearly double the cost of my original quote. BEWARE! I would never recommend this company and will make sure everyone knows about their horrible customer service.
