I just call and spoke with John, I was cheking price of reglar maintenabce fee, he gave me price of $540, VW price are $462. Also price of fixing the Blake price of max fee of VW is $ 450, Parker Imports are $700. I did not know if they are Hornest or Not ?

Yesterday I had my 2005 VW Passat into the VW dealer for an oil change. I mentioned a slightly rough idle at stop lights. Nothing that seemed unusual, and I almost didn't say anything. They "found" bad motor mounts and transmission mounts, and cracked belts, and bad CV boots. The fix would cost me about $1500. Interesting as I had had the front axles replaced a month ago at Parker Imports. The service guy stammered a bit and then said that I should probably see if that repair was under some kind of warranty. So I took it to Parker Imports this morning. The mounts are fine, barely a wiggle, the CV/axles are perfect, and they said the belts showed minor cracks but were okay for now. I said to replace them... $319 verses $1,500 at VW. These guys are in business to make a buck, but they know how to do it honestly!

I cannot say enough good things about Vern and the crew at Parker Imports.After 2 years of total frustration at various garages and dealerships,the guys in Parker repaired my Mercades in two days.It now runs better than new.The facility is second to none.Thanks guys,IWILL BE BACK Jerry R.

I took my Audi A4 to Parker Imports last week and one of the main guys there named Mark tried to tell me I needed my timing belt replaced after I just had it done 12 months ago because my water pump was bad. I took my car somewhere else and the water pump DID need replacing however the timing belt was BRAND NEW and I DIDN'T need to replace it. Parker Imports just gave me the answer of "it all needed to be done." By taking my Audi somewhere to get a second quote I saved $600.00This business is NOT to be trusted! Do not take your European Cars to Parker Imports!!!!!!
