I love this doctor, her office, and staff. Everyone is very caring and helpful. Top notch, positive experience, and highly recommend!

Dr. Jerath and the entire team at Optima are second-to-none! I've seen other OB's in the Denver metro area and not one has been able to provide the warm, caring, and high level of service that Optima provides. From the paraffin hand wax and candy in the waiting room, to the beaming smile that Dr. Jerath always greets me with - I feel like I'm at the day spa not the Dr's office. I highly recommend this office.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this office. I was a first time patient there. The nurse took me back within 10 minutes after arriving. She took my urine sample, and checked my blood presser. Then she took me into the exam room, said the doctor will be in soon.

From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was in the office for just under 2 hours! Without seeing the Doctor!

During that time I asked when the doctor would be in a couple different times. All I got was soon. The receptionist checked on me one time, to let me know the Doc was running behind. I finally got up and left the exam room. I was never seen by the Doc!

Five months later I received a bill in the amount of $50.95. When I questioned the bill, they kept putting me off. I then called my insurance company. Insurance paid the bill in June, shortly after my visit!! Now 6 months later I receive a bill in the amount of $15. The office claims it is the CO-pay for the nurse visit! I was told that it is illegal for them to write off the Co-pay!!! BS! I should never have had a co-pay for this visit! I would never, ever, recommend this office!!

I knew within the first 5 minutes I wasn't going to like going there. She had NO idea what medical condition I had, and when I told her I was on a class C medication for anxiety she I acted like I was doing hardcore drugs. She told me she "thought" I had a yeast infection, ordered the prescription for me and I payed $30 for something I didn't even have. I'm probably going through a miscarraige and all she coud say was I know how hard it, DO YOU REALLY KNOW? I doubt it. When I told her who referred me she had no idea who I was talking about, she could have at least acted like she knew. She could care less. She keeps scheduling me for more appointments that I don't think I need. The office is really nice, but that's probably because she has plenty of money from all of the insurance payments and our payments for scheduling appointments that aren't neccasary.

I loved my experience with Dr. Jerath and her staff! I felt like family. I still communicate with her staff from time to time. I felt safe and confident with my care. I never felt the need to second guess any recommendations Dr. Jerath made for me. SO many things make this practice so special, from the care, the cookies :) , Dr. Jerath's consistency, her staff visiting me in the hospital... I couldn't say enough!

Although Dr. Jerath may know what she's doing, she needs a serious education on empathy and patience. She and her staff seem to be bothered by their patients.. unfortunate in such a profession. I left the practice for that reason and for over treatment .. the amount of procedures she wanted to perform were ridiculous and uncalled for. It seemed like I was being used for the insurance money only. I went to a different doctor because of this and they were appalled at what procedures she was planning to do on me without evidence of any issues.. Steer clear - there are better doctors out there.

Dr Jerath really impressed me the first few times I saw her. Her MA Joann also is very good and nice to deal with. Her office staff however is horrible. Nothing I did with them ever was easy and every single thing got messed up. I left the practice because of them, which really upset me because I really trusted and liked Dr Jerath and her MA. They recently switched staff, and I'm not sure if that is why, but it is bad. There are many times you try to call the office after their lunch and their phones are still on the answering service, sometimes for the entire rest of the day. When it does ring through, half the time you get a machine that says everyone is busy, please hold, and end up sitting on hold for 10-15 minutes. The new office manager is rude, and completley unwilling to help when you have any issue. For such a wonderful Dr, its a shame she has to loose patients because of her staff. Looks like I am not the only one on here.

Dr. Jerath is nice and pretty good at what she does. That said, the office staff are rude and rarely return phone calls. A simple apology goes a long way! When someone does answer a phone they always say someone will call you back that day which only happens about 25% of the time. Forget talking to the doc unless you have an appointment! I am actively looking for a new GYN. Good luck!

This is a fantastic place. The office is beautiful and feels like a spa. The staff is super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I even got a paraffin hand dip - talk about feeling pampered! The doctor is amazing!! She is down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, warm and caring. She took her time and spent an hour with me so I never felt rushed. She explained things clearly and answered all my questions. I don't think I have ever had a doctor that was so detailed and thorough. It is just a really calm and comforting place. I can tell I'm in good hands with Dr. Jerath and her office - thumbs up!!

OMG - this is a great doctor's office! The staff is young, hip, kind, and professional - I just love them! The doctor is amazing - she's a beautiful soul! Dr. Jerath immediately made me feel comfortable as she exudes warmth, positive energy, and goodness. She was clearly well-educated, informed, and skilled. I was referred to Dr. Jerath by my primary care doctor for a second opinion of a gyn problem. She was incredibly thorough, patient, experienced, and compassionate. She spent over an hour with me and explained things simply and answered all my questions. I was impressed with her bedside manner and skills. I feel so comfortable with her and her staff that I am not returning to my original gyn doctor and going to have Dr. Jerath do my surgery instead. I know I'm in good hands now.

Talk about excellent! I'm new to Dr. Jerath's practice in Parker, but what a great place. The staff is wonderful, the office is beautiful and you are made to feel so special. Dr. Jerath spent so much time with me, truly listened to my concerns, and answered my questions fully. She was thorough, kind, caring, and sensitive. I'm very happy with this super doctor!

Dr. Jerath is WONDERFUL!! She delivered all 3 of my children and I trusted her completely. I had a very high risk pregnancy with my last baby and she took such great care of me and I owe the health and safety of my baby to her. She's kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. I drive almost an hour to go see her now as she moved her practice to Parker. But she's worth it, and I would never see anyone else!!
