Worst service I've ever received.

I took my car in for an oil change and it all went downhill from there. I wore a football jersey they didn't like and was talked down to by the employees. After waiting for more than an hour for my car I took it home and noticed my frontend had a new clanking noise that was not there before they serviced my car. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and the service of my vehicle. I will be calling the better business bureau and Tom Martino. One last thing if you notice the good reviews they are from family members. Mel Ratcliff wrote a good review for the manager Zach Ratcliff. Worst service I've ever experienced in my 49 years.

My wife went here for a sale on and oil change and the technician tried to tell her the car required synthetic oil (which it does not) and would cost 3 times as much. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Needless to say she left.

Hands down, absolute worse service I have ever recieved. The owner is completely out of line. Took my truck in for an alignment today 10 JUNE 2015 one of the techs took my truck for a test drive before hand. So I went outside as he was getting in. The tech drove my truck like it was a race car and red lined the motor twice in the short distance he went. (It's a manual) he came back and did not want to do business with them because of the way they were already treating my truck. So the owner got all high and mighty and started giving me and attitude. I called him out on it and he started cussing me out as I was remaining calm. He even threatened to pull up my address and meet me at my house. I've never had this bad of customer Service. I will be contacting the Midas corporate office tomorrow. He also said to come back to settle it like men. Nothing but threats from this guy. I hope to watch this store go down because of the owner.

Bad customer service, don't recommend

I had about $900 dollar inn repairs done at this shop. The repairs seemed fine but less that 3 months later the same part went bad. When I went in to explain to him what had happened he got incredibly angry and started defending his work before even looking at the car. He was very rude and began talking very aggressively too me. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they seem very nice at first but once they have their money, Chris's demeanor changed DRAMATICALLY!!!

If you go here, hope that you don't have any issues because the manager, Chris is very rude and does not handle conflicts very well.

The first time that I went to ...

The first time that I went to this place I was very happy with everything--service, customer service, and how fast they where able to get the job done. I had recommended them to other people and family.



The next time I went in I was treated like crap, not like a valued customer. I was told I would be charged, DOUBLE CHARGED, and taxed, and I had to pay for his lift, his welder, and his shop. He treated me almost as if I was yelling at him, but I never raised my voice. Now, I can see being charged and taxed, that's a part of living, but double charged?? It was almost like the person behind the counter was mad at me for something else. I called back to talk to the manager to find out the person that was treating me like s@#t was the owner. Not only that, he had the balls to bad mouth me to the customer, and tell me he did so, after I left.



This note is for the owner when he reads this, I understand all of us have bad days, but I would have paid for any work from you on my car. You already worked in it once and did not do the job I asked you to, you refused to even look at what I was taking about, or work with me in any way. It felt like you were going off on me for stepping into your store and then telling me you were going to charge and double charge and tax me, when all I was doing was calling on you for service. Why double charge me??? Is helping customers that much of a burden to you?
